Avocado facial mask

Benefit: For dry skin, it softens your skin and gives a moisturizing effect. It also reduces the effect of ultraviolet rays that cause sunburn or skin tan and you will get comparatively more lighter and fair skin tone.

How to make

Take1/2 avocado pulp and mash it well.

Add 4 drops of almond oil in it and mix well.

Now wash your face with lukewarm water and apply this mask on your face properly giving a gentle circular massage.

Leave it on your face for 30 minutes.

Wash with warm water.

Apply your regular toner or moisturizer.

Repeat this application once in a week.

Avocado, honey

Benefits: suffering from dull skin, this facial mask recipe will give you a fresh skin in few days. It nourishes and soften the skin well also hydrate the skin. So you will get a fair and healthy skin with comparatively more lighter skin tone.

How to make

Take 1/2 avocado and mash it well.

Add 2 teaspoon of honey.

Add 1 teaspoon of almond oil.

Now mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and leave it for 20 minutes.

Now wash your face with lukewarm water and apply this paste on your face and leave for 30 minutes. You can wash now with warm water. After washing your face apply your moisturizer. Repeat this application minimum 3 days in a week.

Avocado, raw milk

How to make

Take one avocado and remove its pulp and mash it properly and keep it in a bowl.

Take 1/2 cup of raw milk in another bowl.

Now wash your face with lukewarm water and apply raw milk on your face with a cotton swab and leave for 10 minutes. Now wash face with lukewarm water and pat dry.

Finally apply the avocado pulp on your face and leave for minimum 30 minutes.

Wash the face with warm water and as usual apply your favorite toner.

Ingredients:
1 tsp. lemon juice,
4 tbsp. flour,
4 tbsp. yogurt
Method
Mix all ingredients together to make a smooth paste, Apply the mask to your entire face, except for the eye area, with your fingertips. Leave it for about 15 – 20 minutes. Wash the paste off your face with warm water. Rinse your entire face with cold water and pat dry with a soft towel.
3. Lemon, blueberries
Benefit: the mask can be used for all skin types, featured with oily skin. Blueberries contains high anti-oxidants compound and contribute to a refreshing skin.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons fresh blueberries
3 teaspoons powdered oats
1 teaspoon finely ground almonds
2 teaspoons distilled water

1 drop lemon essential oil
Method:
Put all ingredients except the essential oil into a small food processor and process until combined evenly.
Transfer to a plastic container and add the essential oil. Stir to mix.
Apply to freshly cleaned skin using upward sweeping motions to spread an even paste over the skin. You can save some to treat yourself later in the week (keep refrigerator.)

1 half lemon
1 egg white

Basic aloe vera mask
Benefit: apply aloe vera mask at least twice a week to refresh, hydrate, moisturize, soothe and heal your skin.
Ingredients
3 tablespoons Aloe Vera juice
1 tablespoons Aloe Vera gel
2 drops of 100% Lavender or Rose essential oil (or your favorite)
2 Cucumber slices
Method
Put all the ingredients, except the cucumber, in a bowl and blend them until you have a nice smooth substance
Spread this gently and equally with your fingertips or with a cotton ball on your clean face and neck: keep the eye area clear
Now lie down, relax and leave the mask on for 5-10 minutes
Then wash it off with a warm wet wash cloth and warm water, end with a splash of cold; pat your skin dry with a clean towel. Finally apply a moisturizer.
Aloe vera, yogurt
Benefit: apply for sensitive skin type. Aloe Vera is a skin soother and moisturizer, the cucumber and yogurt are both natural cleansers

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Aloe Vera gel
1 tablespoon extra virgin Olive Oil
